Requires all licensing authorities under Chapter 436B to consider relevant military education, training, and service toward fulfillment of licensing qualification requirements when applicants present satisfactory evidence.

Military experience must demonstrate substantial equivalency to state standards to be considered for fulfilling or partially fulfilling licensing requirements.

Applies to education, training, or service completed by members of the armed forces, reserves, state national guards, state military reserves, or state navy militias.

Requires the licensing administrator to communicate the Act's intent and parameters to each licensing authority and submit an implementation report to the legislature at least 20 days before the 2013 regular session.

Takes effect July 1, 2012 and automatically repeals June 30, 2022.
