Requires internet service providers operating in Hawaii to retain consumer records for a minimum of two years.

Consumer records must include subscriber information and internet destination history information.

Destination information includes internet protocol addresses, domain names, or host names.

Designates existing sections 481X-1 to 481X-12 as Part I ("General Provisions") and adds new recordkeeping requirements as a separate part focused on internet service providers.

Becomes effective upon approval.
