Requires the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to make the federal Native Hawaiian Organization Notification List accessible to state agencies and interested parties.

The notification list serves as a resource for state agencies to disseminate information and identify organizations to contact regarding issues affecting Native Hawaiians, including kuleana lands and curatorship.

The federal list was originally created by the Office of Hawaiian Relations within the U.S. Department of the Interior in 2007 to facilitate communication and consultation with Native Hawaiian organizations regarding statutory notification obligations and to promote collaboration among such organizations.

Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 10-3 to add this notification list responsibility to the purposes of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.

Takes effect upon approval.
