Establish a working group to analyze options for reducing shipping time and costs for goods transported from Molokai, Lanai, and Hana, Maui to Oahu.

Include the executive director of the Hawaii Farmers Union United as a member of the working group.

Appropriate funds to the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism to study and examine shipping options and assess incentives for improving timely goods shipment from the remote islands to Oahu.

Address the impact of high shipping costs and inadequate transportation scheduling on smaller islands and remote areas of the State.
