Authorizes the Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs to enforce federal laws protecting military members and their families from abusive lending practices.

Grants the Office of Consumer Protection authority to enforce federal consumer protections specific to service members and their dependents beyond existing state payday lending law (chapter 480F).

Permits the Office of Consumer Protection to enter into an agreement to access the Military Sentinel Network, a Federal Trade Commission database for tracking consumer complaints.

Acknowledges that armed forces members may be particularly vulnerable to abusive lending practices and that the U.S. Department of Defense requested state assistance in enforcing protections for service members.
