Allows businesses with 150 or fewer employees to enter into cooperative purchasing agreements to collectively buy goods at discounted prices without violating restraint of trade laws.

Exempts compliant cooperative purchasing agreements from antitrust laws, preventing them from being deemed illegal conspiracies, monopolies, or price-fixing arrangements.

Requires parties to cooperative purchasing agreements to file written notification with the attorney general including participant information, goods details, market description, and other requested information.

Establishes a $1,000 filing fee for each cooperative purchasing agreement notification, with fees deposited into the antitrust trust fund.

Allows the attorney general to use antitrust trust fund revenues to monitor compliance of parties to cooperative purchasing agreements under this section.
