Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes section 386-122 to allow the director of labor and industrial relations to accept workers' compensation insurance notices from approved third party agencies.

Director may accept notice of employer's insurance in a manner and form approved by the director, rather than requiring employers to file directly.

Applies to insurance effected under section 386-121(a)(1) and does not change the requirement that notice include a statement of benefits provided by the policy.

Takes effect upon approval.
