Subjects crematoriums of human remains operating in Hawaii to permit requirements under chapter 342B, Hawaii Revised Statutes (air pollution control)

Removes current exemption that allows crematoriums to operate without federal and state air pollution control permits

Enables the Department of Health to monitor and control potentially harmful emissions from crematoriums through existing rulemaking authority

Removes unnecessary provision from original bill authorizing department rulemaking, as the department already has such authority under section 342B-3
