Requires the stadium authority to distribute 25% of all revenue generated by the University of Hawaii at Aloha Stadium to the University of Hawaii.

Stadium authority and University of Hawaii must jointly determine what constitutes revenue generated by the University of Hawaii for purposes of this distribution requirement.

Amends the stadium special fund to allow distributions to the University of Hawaii to be paid from the fund for revenues the university generates at the stadium.

Ensures funds in the stadium special fund remain completely separate from the Kapolei recreational sports complex special fund with no transfers allowed between them.

Takes effect upon approval.
