Amends Section 467-14, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to clarify language regarding disciplinary actions against real estate brokers and salespersons.

Modifies provisions concerning misrepresentations and false promises by specifying they must be made "negligently or intentionally" to trigger commission disciplinary action in paragraphs (1) and (2).

Updates paragraph (18) to require licensees to "negligently or intentionally" fail to disclose material facts, rather than simply fail to do so, and clarifies that HIV/AIDS status is not a material fact in real estate transactions.

Allows the real estate commission to revoke licenses, suspend license use, impose fines, or terminate registrations for violations of the specified conduct standards.

Takes effect upon approval.
