Appropriates funds for fiscal year 2012-2013 to programs and organizations providing education, public health, and public welfare services in Hawaii.

Grants $325,000 to Catholic Charities Hawaii, $450,000 to Susannah Wesley Community Center, $1,392,000 to legal services organizations (Volunteer Legal Services Hawaii, Legal Aid Society of Hawaii, and Hawaii Family Law Clinic), and $1,750,000 to Wahiawa General Hospital.

Provides grants totaling over $6.8 million to 26 additional organizations including child and family services across multiple islands, community centers, health centers, youth programs, cultural organizations, and social service agencies.

Deletes all other appropriations contained in the original bill.

Makes technical, nonsubstantive amendments for clarity, consistency, and style.
