Shields private landowners and legal occupiers from liability for injuries or deaths of trespassers who entered the property based on information from visitor guides or websites.

Defines "visitor guide publication" as any published book, pamphlet, magazine, or electronic material describing visitor destinations or natural attractions on or accessible through privately owned land.

Defines "visitor guide website" as commercial websites, social media, forums, or blogs providing information about visitor destinations or attractions on or accessible through privately owned land.

Amends trespass statutes to clarify that unimproved or unused private lands are protected from trespass if they are fenced, enclosed, or display "Private Property" or "No Trespassing" signs with letters at least two inches high.
