Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 6E-43 to require the state land surveyor to prepare and file a survey map of approved burial preservation or mitigation plans with the bureau of conveyances within ninety days of plan approval.

Adds new subsection (f) establishing the survey map filing requirement pursuant to Section 502-17.

Makes minor grammatical changes, replacing "which" with "that" and "such as" with "including" in subsections (b) regarding burial site preservation criteria.

Applies to both Hawaiian and non-Hawaiian burial sites subject to preservation or mitigation planning requirements under existing law.
