Removes real property tax information from the list of public records that agencies are required to make available for public inspection and duplication under Hawaii's information practices law.

Modifies Section 92F-12(a)(5) of Hawaii Revised Statutes to exclude real property tax information from mandatory public disclosure, while keeping land ownership, transfer, lien records, and state land leases accessible.

Changes the language from allowing disclosure of "real property tax information and" leases to explicitly stating "provided that real property tax information shall not be made available."

Takes effect upon approval.
