Authorizes eviction boards to use videoconferencing to conduct hearings, reducing costs associated with transporting hearing officers to neighbor islands.

Adds federal regulatory citations to align state statutory requirements with applicable federal regulations governing public housing evictions.

Applies to the Hawaii Public Housing Authority's administration of federal low-income public housing and removal of lease violators.
