Authorizes county fire chiefs to inspect fireworks display sites and personnel for compliance with county code and National Fire Protection Association standards, with a $200 inspection fee assessed to permit holders.

Grants county fire chiefs authority to immediately revoke or suspend display permits due to adverse weather, National Weather Service red flag warnings, or other hazardous conditions.

Restricts fireworks displays to 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. unless approved for other times by the county fire chief, and requires importers to provide written documentation of proposed display events and inventory breakdowns when obtaining import licenses.
