Establishes the Public School Lands Trust to consolidate all public school trust lands from the Department of Education

Creates the Public School Lands Trust Commission within the Department of Land and Natural Resources to manage, administer, and control the trust lands

Requires the Commission to identify underused public school lands, develop redevelopment plans, and create revenue-generating strategies for the trust lands

Establishes the Public School Lands Trust Permanent Fund and School Facilities Special Fund, with proceeds from redevelopment projects deposited into the Permanent Fund

Sets effective date as July 1, 2030, to allow for further discussion and stakeholder engagement
