Defines Historic Liliha Town boundaries as Liliha Street spanning from Vineyard Boulevard up Puunui, with Alewa Drive and Houghtailing Street bordering the west side and Pali Highway bordering the east

Recognition is non-regulatory and intended to foster civic pride, encourage stewardship, and promote the area's historic resources to residents and visitors

Directs certified copies be transmitted to the State Department of Transportation, City Department of Transportation Services, Department of Planning and Permitting, relevant legislators, and neighborhood boards with jurisdiction over the area

Acknowledges Liliha's historic significance including its namesake High Chieftess Liliha, cultural landmarks, healthcare institutions, religious organizations dating back to the 1800s-1900s, and pre-Statehood commercial establishments
