Requests the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources to report to the Legislature by December 15, 2012, on the Kokee state park advisory council's progress regarding implementation of the Kokee state park master plan.

Requires the report to include the advisory council's recommendations for implementing the master plan.

Directs that the master plan be adopted by December 15, 2012, and that the advisory council be dissolved upon adoption of the master plan.

Notes that the advisory council was established under Act 223 (2008) with responsibilities including reviewing the master plan, managing recreational cabin leases, enhancing education and cultural awareness, and protecting natural and cultural resources.

Indicates that adoption and implementation of the master plan could generate up to $300,000 in annual user fee revenue to support maintenance and repairs at the park.
