Urges local food producers in Hawaii to voluntarily label their products as "No GMOs" if they contain no genetically engineered ingredients.

Acknowledges that GMO crops (soybeans, cotton, rice, and corn) have been in widespread production since 1996 and are present in many processed foods containing high-fructose corn syrup.

Recognizes benefits of agricultural biotechnology, including increased insect and disease resistance, enhanced drought tolerance, and greater crop yields, while also noting significant concerns about public health, environmental, and economic impacts.

Directs that certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to Hawaii chambers of commerce, farm bureaus, food manufacturers associations, farmers market operators, and other made-in-Hawaii food production organizations.
