Recognizes and honors the centennial anniversaries of Palama Settlement (founded 1905), Liliha Shingonji Mission (founded 1911), and the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii (founded 1911).

Acknowledges Palama Settlement's 100 years of community service providing educational, recreational, health services, and mentoring to at-risk youth, adults, and seniors in the Kalihi and Palama community serving immigrant populations including Japanese, Chinese, Hawaiian, Filipino, Samoan, Tongan, Laotian, and Micronesian communities.

Recognizes Liliha Shingonji Mission's spiritual guidance and preservation of Japanese religious traditions and heritage, including its role as a safe environment for families during World War II.

Honors the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii's contributions to economic development, aid to Chinese immigrants, and community events including the Narcissus Festival and charitable relief efforts in Hawaii and China.

Directs the House of Representatives to recognize, commend, and express gratitude to all three organizations for their contributions to bettering the lives of Hawaii's people.
