Appoints Heather Giugni to the Finance Committee as a member of the House of Representatives from the Thirty-third Representative District, filling the vacancy left by Tom Okamura's resignation.

Maintains all other committee assignments and appointments from H.R. No. 6 (Twenty-sixth Legislature, Regular Session of 2011) as previously amended by H.R. No. 304 and H.R. No. 2.

Removes Tom Okamura's name from all committee assignments referenced in H.R. No. 2 (Twenty-sixth Legislature, Regular Session of 2012).
