Recognizes the 2012 Honpa Hongwanji Mission of Hawaii's Living Treasures Program honorees at the 37th Annual Living Treasures of Hawaii Program held on February 4, 2012.

Honors five individuals: Goro Arakawa (civic leader and businessman who helped found Hawaii's Plantation Village), Barbara Fusako Kawakami (preservationist of Japanese culture and immigrant clothing), Dr. Ben Finney (co-founder of the Polynesian Voyaging Society and Polynesian navigation expert), Lynette Kahekili Paglinawan (Hawaiian cultural practitioner and musician), and Gordon Mark (educator and ukulele player who fused Western classical and Hawaiian music).

Acknowledges that the Living Treasures Program has honored individuals since 1976 who demonstrate excellence and make significant lifelong contributions to creating a more humane society.

Expresses the House of Representatives' gratitude for the honorees' outstanding contributions to the community and extends aloha and best wishes for their continued success.
