Extends the sunset date of the Hawaii Starlight Reserve Advisory Committee from June 30, 2011, to June 30, 2013, to support conservation of Hawaii's natural night-sky resource.

Appropriates funds to the Office of Aerospace Development to identify and promote opportunities for expanding and diversifying aerospace-related industries in the State.

Received support from the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, Enterprise Honolulu, Mars Institute, Aerospace States Association, and the Hawaii State Aerospace Advisory Committee.

Recommended for passage by the House Committee on Finance.
