Establishes tolling provisions for defendants granted conditional release on grounds of physical or mental defect who were charged with petty misdemeanor, misdemeanor, or violation offenses.

Upon filing of a motion to revoke conditional release or modify its conditions, the one-year conditional release period is tolled from the filing date of the motion through the date of the court's written order.

During the tolling period, defendants remain subject to all terms and conditions of conditional release as established by the court.

If the court refuses to revoke the conditional release or grant the requested modification after hearing, the defendant may be credited with the tolled period toward computation of the remaining conditional release.
