• Clarifies the definition of "landscape architect" to explicitly state the practice includes any professional services where the dominant purpose is preservation and enhancement of land uses, location and construction of functional approaches, and design of landscape features.

• Repeals the existing definition of "surveyor" or "land surveyor" that limited the practice to cadastral surveys for conveyancing or boundary establishment and reestablishment.
