Prohibits possession of nude images transmitted by a minor, with an affirmative defense available if the recipient made reasonable efforts to destroy the image

Classifies promoting minor-produced sexual images in the first degree as a misdemeanor and in the second degree as a petty misdemeanor

Addresses "sexting" concerns by creating legal consequences for the creation, transmission, and possession of youth-produced sexual images
