Codifies authorization for the kupuna care program to support Hawaii's older adults and their family caregivers.

Appropriates $4,200,000 for the kupuna care program and $426,772 for the healthy aging partnership program through the Department of Health's Executive Office on Aging.

Appropriates $285,000 for senior centers: $175,000 to Catholic Charities Hawaii (Lanakila Multi-Purpose Senior Center), $50,000 to Moiliili Community Center, and $60,000 to Waikiki Community Center.

Appropriates $50,000 to the Alzheimer's Association, Aloha Chapter, to establish a wanderer's registration service providing access to wanderer and caregiver information and emergency contact details.

Effective date of July 1, 2012.
