Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to establish a statewide program in cooperation with licensed hunters to reduce feral ungulate populations on public lands.

Department shall determine program requirements including hunting dates, times, methods, weapons, dog use, bag limits, prohibitions, permit procedures, and harvest reporting requirements.

Harvest information collected must include hunter names, dates, hunt duration, harvest location, number of animals taken, and sex and weight of each animal.

Department must submit reports to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2013 and 2014 regular sessions detailing program activities, effectiveness, and recommendations to continue or discontinue the program.

Act takes effect upon approval.
