Transfers title and control of the Manoa Innovation Center land (Tax Map Key 2-9-26: Por. 3, 37, and 38) located at 2800 Woodlawn Drive, Honolulu from the University of Hawaii to the high technology development corporation.

The land contains approximately 109,507 square feet.

All existing deeds, leases, contracts, loans, agreements, permits, and other documents related to the land remain in full force and effect, with the high technology development corporation substituted for the University of Hawaii in all references.

Transfers all rights, powers, functions, and duties of the University of Hawaii relating to the land to the high technology development corporation.

The conveyance shall not be finally executed until July 1, 2013, to allow time for budgetary adjustments, rule changes, and transition actions.
