Establishes operator responsibilities including employee training in accordance with challenge course standards, maintenance of inspection and maintenance records, and notification to county or state officials of any fatalities or serious injuries.

Limits operator liability to failures in following statutory duties and standards of care, exempting operators from liability for participant negligence or non-employee negligence.

Prohibits county regulations related to installation, repair, maintenance, use, operation, or inspection of ziplines and canopy tours, and requires operators to indemnify the State and its officers.
