Expands the offense of terroristic threatening under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 707-715 to include threats to cause harm to the property of another person.

Specifically adds pets and livestock as property that, if threatened to be damaged or harmed, may constitute the offense of terroristic threatening.

Conference committee recommended amendments to clarify the inclusion of pets and livestock as protected property under the terroristic threatening statute.

Bill recommended for final passage as S.B. No. 2486, S.D. 1, H.D. 1, C.D. 1 by the conference committee.
