Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 328J-6 to add smoking prohibition within 20 feet of all public transportation stops and stations

Maintains existing 20-foot smoking prohibition from entrances, exits, windows, and ventilation intakes of enclosed or partially enclosed areas

Allows owners, operators, and managers to rebut the 20-foot presumption by submitting an application to the department and providing clear and convincing evidence that smoke will not infiltrate the area

Takes effect upon approval
