Establishes labeling requirements for tea products containing Hawaii-grown tea (Camellia sinensis) to protect marketing of this specialty crop.

Requires 100% Hawaii-grown tea to be labeled "One hundred per-cent Hawaii-grown tea" and blended tea to be labeled "Blended from Hawaii-grown teas and other teas not grown in Hawaii" with a minimum of 25% Hawaii-grown tea by weight.

Mandates identity statements use uniform type size, be at least 1.5 times the federal net weight type size or 3/16 inch height (whichever is smaller for packages 16 ounces or less), and appear conspicuously above the net weight statement.

Prohibits misrepresenting the percentage of Hawaii-grown tea by weight on labels or in advertising, with violations punishable by a fine for each mislabeled package as a separate offense.

Takes effect upon approval.
