Requests the Board of Education and Department of Education to maintain, monitor, and enforce anti-bullying, anti-cyberbullying, and anti-harassment policies and procedures at public and charter schools

Affirms that all students have a right to participate fully in the education process free from bullying, cyberbullying, and harassment

Received support from the Department of Education, Hawaii Youth Services Network, American Civil Liberties Union of Hawai'i, IMUAlliance, Mental Health America of Hawai'i, Equality Hawai'i, and fourteen individuals

Committee on Education concurs with the intent and purpose of the measure and recommends adoption
