Requests Hawaii's Congressional delegation to vote in favor of H.R. 2148 to extend military commissary and exchange store privileges to veterans with compensable service-connected disabilities and their family members.

Notes that currently only 100 percent disabled veterans with service-connected disabilities are authorized to access military commissaries, while veterans with less than 100 percent service-connected disabilities are restricted from access.

Establishes that H.R. 2148 amends chapter 54 of title 10 United States Code to extend commissary and exchange store privileges to all veterans with compensable service-connected disabilities.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to Hawaii's Congressional delegation, the President, Secretary of Defense, Director of the Defense Commissary Agency, and leadership of both chambers of Congress.
