Request the Office of Aerospace Development to research and evaluate collaboration opportunities with the State of Alaska in responding to NASA, FAA, and U.S. military requisitions for regional test sites in next generation aviation, commercial space launch, and space missions.

Direct the Office of Aerospace Development to consult with representatives from both Hawaii and Alaska state governments, the aerospace industry, U.S. military, FAA, and NASA regarding partnership opportunities.

Require the Office of Aerospace Development, in consultation with the Hawaii State Aerospace Advisory Committee, to recommend collaboration opportunities and mechanisms to the Governor and Legislature.

Recognize that Hawaii and Alaska have complementary aerospace activities in satellite communications, environmental remote sensing, robotics, renewable energy, and space launch that could expand both states' economies while enhancing the national space program.
