Requests the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources to convene a task force to study and provide recommendations for the future use of the Waikiki Natatorium site.

Task force to include one representative each from the Department of Health, Office of Veterans Services, University of Hawaii System, and City and County of Honolulu, with the BLNR Chairperson or designee serving as Chair.

Task force directed to consider various potential uses including beach sports, public events, and honoring Hawaii's veterans.

Task force members to receive no compensation but be reimbursed for necessary expenses, and must submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature at least twenty days before the 2013 Regular Session.

Task force to be dissolved on June 30, 2013.
