Requests a sunrise analysis by the State Auditor of S.B. No. 2334, which proposes to license and regulate colon hydrotherapists and colon hydrotherapy establishments.

Requires the analysis pursuant to section 26H-6, Hawaii Revised Statutes, which mandates a concurrent resolution for any measure proposing new regulation of an unregulated profession or occupation.

Directs the Auditor to report findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2013.

Cites that colon hydrotherapy is currently unregulated and may have consequences for public health and safety.
