Requests the Department of Land and Natural Resources to develop recommendations for increased fees to support a fully staffed State Historic Preservation Division program.

Directs DLNR to pursue fee increases for archaeological permits and historic preservation reviews through administrative rule amendments under Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 91.

Fee increases would help defray costs of regulating archaeological activities and reviewing projects affecting historic property, aviation artifacts, and burial sites.

Addresses growing workload in the State Historic Preservation Division while the agency has experienced personnel reductions and budget cuts.
