Requests the Auditor to conduct a sunrise review of the regulation and licensure of music therapists pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes section 26H-6.

Acknowledges that music therapists are currently unregulated and not required to be licensed, certified, registered, or otherwise regulated by the State.

References a concurrent bill (S.B. No. [number not specified]) introduced during the 2012 Regular Session proposing regulation and licensure of music therapists.

Requires the Auditor to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the 2013 Regular Session.

Directs transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Auditor.
