Requests the Board of Education and Department of Education to establish an electronic educational resource program for sharing lesson plans, curricula, teaching practices, and program development among public school teachers, administrators, and program coordinators.

Directs the Board of Education and Department of Education to model the program after Wikipedia, emphasizing interactivity and user knowledge contributions.

Directs the Board of Education and Department of Education to leverage established teacher, administrator, and staff expertise at the school level in developing the program.

Requires the Board of Education and Department of Education to provide a demonstration of the electronic educational resource program to the Senate Committee on Education and House Committee on Education no later than twenty days before the 2013 Regular Session convenes.
