Urges counties to preserve property tax exemptions for kuleana lands owned by descendants of persons who received title through the Kuleana Act of 1850

Recognizes that the City and County of Honolulu and the Counties of Hawaii, Kauai, and Maui currently exempt kuleana lands from property taxes

Notes that these exemptions have minimal impact on county tax revenues due to the small number of exempt parcels in each county
