Requests the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources to convene a task force to study and provide recommendations for the future of the Waikiki Natatorium site.

Task force to be chaired by the BLNR Chairperson or designee and include one representative each from the Department of Health, Office of Veterans Services, University of Hawaii System, and City and County of Honolulu.

Task force directed to consider various uses of the site including beach sports, public events, and honoring Hawaii's veterans.

Task force members to receive no compensation but be reimbursed for necessary expenses including travel; task force to be dissolved on June 30, 2013.

Task force required to report findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the 2013 Regular Session.
