Adds a new subsection (4) to the transient accommodations tax distribution formula, directing 1% of revenues to the state parks special fund for capital improvement projects and repair and maintenance by the Division of State Parks, effective January 1, 2013.

Requires revenues exceeding a specified threshold amount (amount left blank in bill text) from the 1% allocation to be deposited into the general fund instead of the state parks special fund.

Allocates a portion of the 1% (amount left blank in bill text) to the Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation for capital improvement projects and repair and maintenance.

Makes technical amendments to section 237D-6.5 of Hawaii Revised Statutes by changing the paragraph ending punctuation from a period to a semicolon and adding "and" to connect subsections (3) and (4).
