Establishes agricultural tourism activities, including overnight accommodations for stays of less than thirty consecutive days, as a permissible use on bona fide farming operations in state agricultural districts without requiring a special permit.

Defines "bona fide farming operation" as a farming operation that has been in operation for at least two years, derives the majority of annual gross income from agricultural sales on the subject property, and has annual gross sales of at least $35,000 (for overnight accommodations or permanent structures) or $10,000 (for other activities) in at least two of the preceding five years.

Agricultural tourism uses must be accessory and secondary to the principal agricultural use, cannot interfere with surrounding farm operations, and must terminate upon cessation of the farming operation's agricultural activity.

Authorizes counties to adopt ordinances regulating agricultural tourism uses and to establish more restrictive income criteria and proof requirements for bona fide farming operations.

Effective July 1, 2014; does not invalidate lawful permits for agricultural tourism uses in effect before the effective date.
