Requires two hours of instruction on human trafficking as a condition for obtaining or renewing a teacher license beginning January 1, 2014.

Mandates the Department of Education and Department of Human Services collaboratively provide training on human trafficking to all Department of Education employees.

Requires the Department of Human Services to supply resource materials to schools on human trafficking prevention, victim identification, and support services for distribution to principals, teachers, counselors, and students.

Mandates the Department of Education develop and include human trafficking content in the health curriculum by the 2013-2014 school year, covering luring methods, victim identification, and prevention strategies.
