Requires sex offenders to disclose whether their employment or volunteer activity involves substantial contact with persons under age 18 as part of Hawaii's sex offender registry.

Adds a new statement requirement to the signed registration information that covered offenders must provide to identify jobs or volunteer work with significant child contact.

Renumbers existing registration requirements from items (8) through (16) to items (9) through (17) to accommodate the new disclosure requirement.

Applies to all covered offenders under Hawaii's sex offender registry laws and takes effect on July 1, 2013.
