Appropriates an unspecified amount from general revenues to the University of Hawaii for fiscal years 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 to implement a scholarship program and other programs in partnership with the Washington Center.

Eligible students must be enrolled at any University of Hawaii system campus and meet University of Hawaii resident tuition requirements.

University of Hawaii may establish additional eligibility requirements for the scholarship program and other programs.

University of Hawaii vice-president for student affairs and university/community relations and the Washington Center liaison shall implement the programs and establish eligibility criteria and recipient selection process.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2030.
