Adds new section to chapter 514B, Hawaii Revised Statutes, authorizing the real estate commission to take enforcement action to ensure compliance with condominium laws and commission rules, orders, decisions, demands, or requirements.

Allows persons found to have violated commission rules or orders to seek review in circuit court within 30 days of receiving a written enforcement order.

Amends section 514B-61(a) to add enforcement authority as a specific enumerated power of the commission, renumbering existing subsections accordingly.

Enforcement action authority supplements existing commission powers under sections 514B-67 and 514B-68.

Takes effect upon approval.
